Where has the last 4 months gone?!? There has been much change in the camp, Firstly we have accepted an offer on Follyfoot so, fingers crossed we should be moving to our new yard just outside Daventry shortly which is very exciting!
The horses seem in good form despite the unpredictable weather & we have started making the first entries of the season.
Pearl will be pathfinder at Aston-Le-Walls in the BE80 but as this is her first ever event we will be happy with a completion.
She will be followed by another first timer in Bee who goes to Tweseldown for the BE90.
Shortly followed by Midget in the BE100 and the newly retrained Hovis in the BE90 at Swalcliffe Park.
So it will be a busy start to the season.
The Meek family have decided to try Hovis' hoof at eventing as he seems to naturally thrive on the slower more varied work so lets hope he appreciates it!!
Amber is having a slightly slower start to the season as the bad weather has meant we have struggled to get the work into her and she isnt quite ready to party yet.
I have recently passed by HGV aswell so am now a fully fledged trucker which is quite a novelty and rather enjoyable at present!
Next time I blog the eventing season will fingers crossed be under way
